It is a basic fact that without witnesses there is no justice.
The police would not be able to investigate crimes and the
courts would not be able to decide if a defendant is guilty
or not guilty of that crime. But if you saw a crime would
you do the right thing? Our project is No Witness No Justice and in this short film, recorded in Barbados and Saint Lucia, we explain why it is so important that you do step up and tell the police and
